Breath, Blood & Bone EP (CD)

£8.00

Liam Vincent & The Odd Foxes unveil their most ambitious work to date with ‘Breath , Blood & Bone’, a six-track EP that captures the band’s elemental spirit and unflinching humanity. Released Friday, December 5th, 2025, the record blends protest folk, modern rock, and timeless storytelling into a raw, cinematic reflection on what it means to survive, connect, and leave a mark.

The title draws from the oldest art in the world, a red hand stencilled on the wall of a prehistoric cave, a symbol of our shared need to make change and be remembered. Across six songs, the band channels that impulse into music that feels both intimate and anthemic, a rallying cry for anyone trying to hold on to meaning in a chaotic world.

Recorded between Woodworm Studios in Oxfordshire and Volt Per Octave Studios, the EP was tracked, engineered and produced by James Odd Fox — capturing both the band’s live energy and their finely tuned craft. The drums thunder with grit and warmth, while Mark Stevens (TRADarrr, Sandy Denny Project) and Guy Fletcher (TRADarrr) add brass and mandolin to broaden the band’s widescreen sound. Finally, the record was mastered by Andy “Hippy” Baldwin at Metropolis — resulting in a release that feels every bit as alive as the shows that inspired it.

From the driving title track to the haunting waltz of ‘Four Thousand Weeks’, each song digs into the roots of protest and resilience, going down into dark places but always growing upward toward light.

It’s a collection of contrasts: harmony and dissonance, fragility and power, breath and bone.

There’s an unmistakable autumnal spirit running through ‘Breath , Blood & Bone’, forest paths and firesides, late-night drives and early-morning hope. It’s the sound of a band unafraid to go deeper, louder, and more human than ever before.
